If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products shipped to you on this site you may return them within thirty (30) days for a full refund of the product price. (Shipping not included)

Product must be returned with a copy of your invoice and the reason for returning the product.

Products must be in like new, re-saleable condition.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation please click "Leave a message" below

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping after the items have been returned.

Out of Stock Policy

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Privacy Policy

Freedom Books does not sell or commercially make available specific information about its users or members. Freedom Books maintains a database of member information which is used only for internal purposes such as advertising, collections efforts, technical support and notifying members of changes or enhancements to the Freedom Books service, new services and products that may be of interest to them, and special discounts available to Freedom Books members.

Anti-Spam Policy

Freedom Books does not condone spam, allow spam (including but not limited to spam that is sent through or on ICQ, IRC, chat rooms, search engines, newsgroups, ISP specific chat rooms, instant messenger programs or any other communications tool or method whether such spam is sent to a "jump page" or other page before it arrives at an Freedom Books hosted site or not), nor does it provide any means whereby its users can send unsolicited email. Freedom Books forbids any user to promote his/her site through the sending of unsolicited email, and forbids the use of a Freedom Books address as the return address on any unsolicited email. Freedom Books will take active steps to investigate and remove the offending web site or user account on notification of a violation.

In addition, Freedom Books has taken the following steps to defend against spam:

Freedom Books has a zero tolerance policy for spam.
Freedom Books does not offer free POP or SMTP email services--all email accounts on Freedom Books are simply forwarding accounts and forward incoming mail to other services, and and therefore cannot originate spam. In addition, every effort has been taken to prevent the relaying of spam using our mail servers.
Freedom Books will cooperate with legal authorities in releasing names and IP addresses of those who are involved in spamming, or illegal activities using their web site.
